If you did not receive your login details:
Login details are delivered by email immediately after purchase.
If you did not receive them, contact [email protected] before requesting a refund.
Our support team will resolve access issues within 48 hours of your message.
If we are unable to deliver your login details within that window, you are entitled to a full refund.
Refund Requests:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your first login.
No explanation is required.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Refund requests received after the 24-hour window cannot be honoured.
